I’m Nathan Yee, a computer scientist interested in optimization, deep learning, mixed integer programming, Python and Rust.

I currently work at Trilobio where I build robot software and compilers for biological protocols.

In the past I have worked as a Machine Learning Engineer for Cambrio where I have worked on Humanitarian Assistance & Disaster Recovery (xView2) and AI for drug discovery.
